The Lenox Village Lifestyle Center is an exciting new project currently being developed within the award-winning Lenox Village community in southeast Nashville.

The Lifestyle Center is unique to the Middle Tennessee area because of its innovative design, which integrates residential, retail, restaurant and office space in an open-air village layout.

The center is designed for homebuyers and shoppers who desire conveniences, a beautiful atmosphere and access to an array of services in a central location. Because of its proximity to major highways, downtown Nashville, Williamson County and surrounding communities, the Lifestyle Center will attract a variety of retailers and professionals, including upscale clothing boutiques, a bookstore, physician’s office, ice cream parlor, financial services provider, drug store and coffee shop.

Like the main street communities of Franklin and Hillsboro Village, the center has been designed to create a main street effect on Nolensville Pike. It will be walkable, have elaborate courtyards for relaxing and being outdoors, and will capture that same enduring architecture and design as the rest of Lenox Village. This will all be done without compromising the center’s affordability or conveniences for residents, retailers and professionals alike.

 

Once completed, the Lifestyle Center will have more than 45,000 square feet of retail/office space, 273 residential units, and will be served by abundant surface parking and a parking garage with more than 500 parking spaces.

Lenox Village is a 208-acre community that is patterned after small Tennessee towns of the past. Its streetscape has a strong pedestrian component with tree-lined streets, street lamps and a network of wide sidewalks. The central Village Green serves the entire community as a gathering place for special festivities and parties.
